Visa Type

Indian passport holders must obtain a UAE tourist visa before traveling for leisure. The most common type is the 30-Day Short-Term Tourist Visa, which is available as an eVisa and can be processed through airlines, travel agencies, or approved visa agents.

Documents We Need

  • Scanned Passport Copy (Color, front and back)

  • Scanned Passport-size Photograph (white background)

  • Confirmed return flight tickets

  • Hotel booking / accommodation proof

  • PAN Card copy (some agencies require it)

  • Completed visa application form (agent-specific)

  • Must be applied through approved agencies, airlines (like Emirates, Etihad, Air Arabia), or hotel sponsors.

  • Passport must be valid for 6 months at the time of travel.

  • Visa is usually issued as an eVisa (PDF format) via email.

  • Travel insurance is recommended but not mandatory.

Important Notes

  • Overstaying a UAE tourist visa results in fines of AED 50/day + penalty.

  • Entry to UAE is subject to immigration clearance, even with a valid visa.

  • Indian citizens with a valid US, UK, or Schengen visa on their passport may be eligible for a 14-day visa on arrival, subject to conditions.
