Visa Type

Indian citizens must apply for a Singapore Tourist Visa before travel. This visa allows you to stay in Singapore for tourism, visiting family/friends, or short-term business meetings for up to 30 days. The application must be submitted via authorized travel agents or through VFS Global.

Documents We Need

  • Passport (original and copy – first & last page)

  • 2 recent passport-sized color photos (white background, 35mm x 45mm)

  • Visa application form (Form 14A)

  • Confirmed return flight ticket

  • Hotel booking or invitation letter (if visiting a resident)

  • Cover letter (mentioning purpose of visit)

  • 3 months’ bank statement

  • Employment proof (or student ID, if applicable)

  • Visa must be applied through authorized agents or VFS only.

  • Applicant’s passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry.

 

  • Confirmed return ticket and accommodation required at time of application.

Important Notes

  • Visa approval is subject to the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) of Singapore.

  • Possession of a visa does not guarantee entry — subject to immigration clearance.

  • Indian nationals with valid visas for USA, UK, Australia, or Schengen countries may be eligible for Visa-Free Transit Facility (VFTF) for up to 96 hours in specific cases.
